On A Wait Hospitality ("we," "us") is a hospitality consulting practice. This site is onawaithospitality.com.
What we collect
When you request a Field Notes checklist, we collect the name, email address, and company details you provide. When you join our newsletter or Field Notes alerts, we collect your email address. Your assistant conversation stays in this browser tab and is sent to our AI provider to generate answers; do not share sensitive information in chat.
How we use it
Checklist requests are used to deliver the requested checklist and respond to your inquiry. Subscription addresses are used to send the emails you signed up for, which you can leave anytime via the unsubscribe link. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Where it lives
Form submissions are stored securely with our database provider (Supabase). Checklist emails and Field Notes alerts may be delivered through an email service provider. The site may use analytics to understand aggregate site usage.
Cookies & analytics
This site uses only the cookies required for basic functionality and, where enabled, analytics cookies that measure aggregate usage. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings without losing access to any part of the site. If you prefer not to be counted in analytics, most browsers and extensions offer standard opt-out controls.
AI assistant
Our site assistant is powered by a third-party AI model. Conversation messages are processed by that provider to generate responses; the site does not store a copy of your conversation on its servers. Your browser keeps the conversation for this tab only. Don't share sensitive personal or financial information in chat; for confidential matters, book a call or email us directly.
Your choices
You can request a copy or deletion of the information we hold about you at any time by emailing info@onawaithospitality.com. Unsubscribe from the newsletter with one click in any issue.
