Who we are

On A Wait Hospitality ("we," "us") is a hospitality consulting practice and a Sigma Signal Intelligence company. This site is onawaithospitality.com.

What we collect

When you submit a project brief, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, business name, and the details of your project. When you join our newsletter, we collect your email address. When you use the site assistant (chat), your questions and the responses are logged in anonymized form to help us improve the service.

How we use it

Project briefs are used to respond to your inquiry and prepare a proposal. Newsletter addresses are used only to send you the newsletter, which you can leave anytime via the unsubscribe link. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Where it lives

Form submissions are stored securely with our database provider (Supabase). Email is handled by Microsoft 365. The site may use analytics (such as Google Analytics) to understand aggregate site usage — analytics data does not identify you personally to us.

AI assistant

Our site assistant is powered by a third-party AI model. Conversations may be processed by that provider to generate responses. Don't share sensitive personal or financial information in the chat; for confidential matters, use the project brief or email us directly.

Your choices

You can request a copy or deletion of the information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@onawaithospitality.com. Unsubscribe from the newsletter with one click in any issue.
